Beyoncé’s “Break My Soul” and Perfume’s “Polygon Wave” are dangerous songs for folk like myself who make mashups, because they really do go with any and everything. And the problem with this is that it can rob the mashups of feeling special, unique in general or unique to the person making it. So I really did toy with whether I should even bother uploading this or not. But Beyoncé and Perfume both playing gigs in London the same week I made this is what made me say ‘Fuck it’.
