🎛️ Inner City x Madonna - Good Life (Random J Mashup)

Madonna’s Confessions II single “Bring Your Love” sounds a heck of a lot like Inner City’s “Good Life”. And I have something to say about it.

It was so difficult listening to “Bring Your Love” without hearing “Good Life”, that I had to do the mashup. And I’ve gotta say — I think the production on “Bring Your Love” is great, but I’m not a big fan of the lyrics and Madonna’s delivery. So slapping Inner City’s “Good Life” over the beat of “Bring Your Love” fixes that for me.

Whilst using the ‘rap’ from Madonna’s “Vogue” may have seemed like an obvious thing to include in this mashup, my weird-ass went and included the “American Life” rap instead. Because lyrically and contextually, it fits better. And I couldn’t help but work in some MC debra too.
