The Winamp classic player with a pink colour scheme. Currently playing the Random J mashup of Namie Amuro’s “Shine More” and Maxee’s “When I Look into Your Eyes” — the cover art of which is displayed on the right-hand side.

You would have thought that Namie Amuro would have worked with Darkchild at some point. Especially after Style. But it never happened. But for those who (like me) wondered how that would possibly sound…

I remember being obsessed with Maxee’s “When I Look into Your Eyes”. It was an utter flop though. But that didn’t mean shit to me.

And for those of you who may be wondering ‘Who is hell is Maxee?’. No. Not the Elvis man with the nunchucks from Soulcalibur. Maxee was one of the original members of the Michael Jackson signed R&B Brownstone — who had a US hit in the 90s with “If You Love Me” and were also known for their single “Grapevyne”. Maxee was also married to Soulshock of R&B Norwegian production duo Soulshock & Karlin. But unfortunately, Maxee died in 2015.
